GENERAL AGREEMENT

  • These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between the customer and Techservice Zone.
  • By submitting your laptop or other devices for repair, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Service Provided

  • Techservice Zone offers diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and replacement services for laptops.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any device that we determine is beyond repair or unsafe to handle.

  • A non-refundable diagnostic fee may be charged, which will be communicated upfront.
  • After diagnostics, a repair estimate will be provided. Repairs will only commence upon customer approval.
  • Any additional repairs identified during the process will require further customer authorization.

4. Warranty on Repairs

  • Warranty is void if:

6. Repair Turnaround Time

  • Estimated repair times will be provided but may vary based on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as supplier issues.

7. Liability

  • Techservice Zone is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to the device.
    • Damage caused during transit to and from our service center.
    • Loss of data or software issues resulting from the repair process.
    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the repair cost charged to the customer.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon collection of the repaired device.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other modes specified at the time of transaction.

10. Unauthorized Repairs and Warranty Voidance

  • Any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the device post-repair will void our warranty.

Our Promise to You

We understand that choosing a laptop repair service can be a daunting task. That is why we have prepared the following Terms and Conditions to govern our services.

  1. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured company.
  2.  All work will be carried out by an experienced technician in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and requirements.
  3.  All repairs will be guaranteed for 120 days. If during that time there is any issue with the repair or replacement, we will investigate and rectify the situation. In some cases, additional warranties may apply. Please contact us for more details.
  4.  Repairs will only be done where required and no other work will be performed on your laptop without your express written consent.
  5. Laptops must be brought in for repair or replacement at your own expense (excludes Bulky Items). We reserve the right to refuse service on laptops that are not properly supported or do not meet our standards of quality for repair or replacement.
  6. For all repairs, you are responsible for transporting the laptop to our facility and bringing it back once finished. In some cases, we may offer to pick up the repaired/replacement device from you if available at an agreed-upon time. Please note that drop-off times are during regular business hours only and weekends are reserved for family time only! Thank you for your understanding!

Terms and Conditions

In order to protect our customers and employees, we have put together the following Terms and Conditions of Service. PLEASE NOTE: ANY DISPUTES THAT ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BOTH PARTIES THROUGH MEDIATION, CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS OR IN COURT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1) SERVICE DESCRIPTION: We offer a wide range of services for laptop repair at home. Services include general repairs, upgrades, and installations.

2) WARRANTY: We offer a one-year warranty on all parts and labor of our laptop repair services. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions below. If your service is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will correct the problem or replace the affected part or product at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your service to initiate warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover damage arising from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or unauthorized repairs by someone other than us.

3) LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY COVERAGE: Our warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during normal use of the product as intended by us. This includes defects that occur during installation but does not include modifications made by you which are not considered necessary for proper operation of the product by us (such as removal
